Patricia C. D'Agostino


Patricia C. D’Agostino is a fourth-year associate at Margolis & Bloom, LLP.  She practices in the following areas:  long-term care planning, estate planning, Medicaid applications and appeals, Veterans benefits, guardianship and conservatorship, probate administration, and planning for children with special needs.  Patricia also specializes in assisting individuals to obtain eligibility for community MassHealth benefits.

Patricia is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”), serving on the association’s steering committee for the Young Lawyers Division, and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA.  She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association.

Patricia has been honored as an "Up and Coming Lawyer" by Massachusetts Lawers Weekly and the Massachusetts Bar Association.  She was honored at an "Excellence in the Law" ceremony and in a special section of Lawyers Weekly, which you can read by clicking here.

Patricia received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a dean’s list student.  She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Suffolk University, with a major in political science and a minor in economics.  As an undergraduate, Patricia completed an internship with the Health Insurance Association of America in Washington, D.C.
